SOLVED: Crime &Investigation channel 2014 ad

Can anyone identify this please? It was used advertising what's coming up in 2014 in the crime and investigation Channel. I've emailed them but no response!

It was quite a pop/dance sort if song. Female vocalist.

Lyrics along the lines of:

Hand cuffs...

That's all I could out from the ad!
