SOLVED Does anyone know the name of this song? (Female Artist/Female Group)

This is a US song. I'd say 90s - early 00s but my search has been more towards the 90s. I won't rule anything out though. I can't remember any actual accurate lyric, just the melody of the chorus, or most of it. The song was a hit, I'm sure my humming can be recognizable.
