So this is my first post here, interested to see what people think of my words.

HEROES AND VILLAINS

Now listen up, picture this, here's a story
About the boy, the hero, who get's the girl and gets married
But maybe everything isn't as perfect as it seems
Maybe the hero doesn't know what good means
Sure, he beat the villain with just and might
But everything isn't as plain as what's wrong and right
Maybe the hero is actually worse than the villain
They've both done there share of slaughtering and killing
The boy murdered and shot
His way to the top
And no one questioned him, because he's a cop
He got
Drunk on power, and the world still loved him
But for the villain, the world only shunned him
The villain had a cause that he thought was right
He was selling drugs, wasn't even looking for a fight
He had a wife and three kids, not enough money to feed them
He hated the drugs, tried to be an upstanding citizen
He carried a gun cause it was part of his profession
But he only ever used it for his personal protection
The first time he shot someone, he cried for days
Didn't wanna end a life, but he couldn't turn away
It was the only path for him, wanted his kids to go to college
Unlike him, wanted them to get education, get knowledge
So that when they grew up they'd be able to provide
For their own families, but he didn't know that he'd collide
With the law, and the hero had a personal vendetta
Was laughing when he pulled the trigger of his Beretta
Just goes to show, can't judge a book by it's cover
Can't judge a person by their sex or color
The people looked up to the hero with loving behavior
Like, they were a cult, and he was their savior
So we as a people, need to pick up our pistols
Cause we can't rely on corrupt government officials
So rethink all of your heroes and villains
Cause maybe the bad guy is actually the victim
So before you judge someone you need to unveil
Your eyes, and remember this ****ed up fairy tale, of lies
