I was looking for the translation to this song but couldn't find one, so I decided to translate it myself.

Disclaimer: I don't speak Japanese, though I do have a great familiarity with the language after six years of listening to it in songs, anime, dramas and different shows. I relied almost entirely on translating software for this (I knew a lot of words, but not enough to grasp the meaning of each sentence) for the translation of the characters and then just put it in an order in which it made sense. Hence, I'm not sure to what extent the meaning of the song had been altered in this translation. I can only say it's probably a very literal one.
