French duet on MCM TOP

I don't speak french so i usually don't listen to french music, but a few years ago (around 2007 i think) there was this beautiful love ballad on MCM TOP that i really loved, but i can't remember the title or the singers, it's been driving me crazy for years.

I know it was a m/f duet, they wereboth relatively young late 20s/early 30s.

The song title was somewhat long, like 5 or 6 words, but what i remember the best is the video.
They were both walking in a garden apart from each other, and there were other people around all dressed in period clothes, don't know what century but i believe at least some of them were wearing wigs like they used to do.

I know it's not a lot to go on, but hopefuly someone here knows or remenbers the song and can give me a little help here.

EDIT: found the song "Emmanuel Moire - Je Fais De Toi Mon Essentiel" , i was wrong about some things lol the song was from 2006 so my memory of it was really bad...
