Sorry for the extended absence. Sometimes having a big family is nice, sometimes not.

    Billy Idol live...

IN-CREDIBLE! I thoroughly agree! And Rebel Yell live was a nice little hors d'oeuvres on the side.

For some reason, Joy Division brought these guys (below) to mind. Weird I know, they're not even close. And it took me a half hour to find what I was looking for...

Tess: Yep, you absolutely had to get those girls on the list. Great choice!

This selection is probably a result of having such a weird week, the one just past...

The Techno Maestro, in Analog mode. Name that film! Or films, the series. There were at least 3 different edits from one film to the next:

in between put the 11 characters right after the = in the url.

I had 3 other songs to post, but now i want to wait until tonight or tomorrow to do that. I think this is the last song that Percy Sledge ever recorded, in 2011. The vid was just uploaded last night....

Same here, and to tell the truth, I didn't even know Moby was American 'til I dug into the background of that song.

amaryn, big thanks for that "honorable mention". And I agree with Tess about that song, one of my favorites by Mr. Sledge.
And welcome to the ATL Rock HOF!

WHOA! Man... from Percy Sledge to that?!
But that's just fine, coz I've got THIS... "... moi moi moi moi ..... I am the king of..." What??!?

    [fht2AqOovw0]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fht2AqOovw0

And this ... for some interesting visual effect. Hehe. Whoa.

    [2Jqulx-J2iI]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2Jqulx-J2iI

    And just for the record...

Plastic Bertrand was never the vocalist on this song, which is why I squeezed his name into bracket-quotes. A lawsuit in 2010 (and subsequent confession by Bertrand) seems to have to resolved that dispute forever: Lou Deprijc was the writer, producer, and the original vocalist of the 1997 release. That's why I'm giving him credit in the post title.
