Default "You got it" Soul song

    Just heard on the radio.

Ending of the track has a duet of a man and woman (or chorus of women) alternately singing the line "you got it" or it might be "I got it". Genre is soul, 1960s sound, male voice possibly like Bobbie Byrd but track is not a version of his "I know you got soul".

Can eliminate "You got it" by Roy Orbison and J Cole - it's not those.

    TIA

Come to think of it, the outro is more likely to have been a repetition of of the line "I got it"

I guess we can also eliminate "Jenny" by Tommy Two Tone
Them that can, do; them that can't... memorize Artist and Title

I am not finding a duet. Try the following:

"(You Got) The Power of Love" by Nancy Wilson

"Just Wanna Be With You" by Lucas Grabeel

"You Got The Look I Like" by Nick Lowe

It sounded like a late 1960s soul artist. Let's try the line "I got it".

"Duet" might be a slightly misleading word. The whole song is dominated by the mail vocal. The ending of the song is more like:

I got it (lead male vocal)
    I got it (female backup)
I got it (lead male vocal)
    I got it (female backup)
