Hey. I THINK this song is by the indie band The Decemberists, but I'm not quite sure. The song starts off as an accordian playing one note. The singer is female and she comes in a little bit later. It's just the singer and the accordian through the whole song. The lyrics are sort of jumbled and I can't remember them that well... The chorus sounds like she's saying "doma dee da lo" or something equally un-understandable. Sorry I can't give anymore info. (I know the tune, but I can't type it...)
