I love this song but unfortunately don't know Arabic well. I shall greatly appreciate your kind help..

يا منور سنينى كل عمرى سنينك
يا غرام ايتجدد يالقديم المعاصر
كن كل الدروب تروح وترد لينك
يااول الحب فى مهجة حبيبك والاخر
كل ما غبت لحظه يعتذرلى حنينـك
وانت منته بحاجة عذر غايب وحاضر
يشرق العيد نـوره مـن بشاشـة جبينك
تبتهج به قلوب وتبتهج به خواطر
اشعر انى بقربك حر وانا سجينـك
وكل ما بعدت عنى اشعر انى محاصـر

Allah y3een 3aini youm teshtag 3ainek
God help my eyes when they yearn for yours
يحتضنها وله وتسوق شوق ومشاعر
ye7te’6enha walah witsoog shoug o masha3er
they are surrounded by yearning, and driven by longing and emotions

حى ذاك الغلا لى دار بينى وبينك
7ay thak el’3ala lai dar baini o bainek
greetings to the love that is between you and I
ما يوفى وفاه احساس عاشق وشاعر
ma yewafi wefah e7sas 3asheg o sha3er
the feelings of a man in love and a poet will not do it justice

وصمت طيفك لعينى يوم تساله وينك
o 9amt 6aifek l3aini youm tes2alh wainek
and the silence of your spectrum to my eyes, when they as about your whereabouts
ما فرقنى مقيم ولا فرقنى مسافر
ma faragni mgeem o la faragni mesafer
it does not tell me whether you are here or travelling
* I think this is what it means, not really sure

كل شى بعيونى انطبع فيه زينك
kel shay b3youni en6eba3 feeh zainek
you beauty has been imprinted within my eyes...
بالجهه والمسافه والمدن والمناظر
biljeha wilmasafa wilmden wilmana’6er
in all its paths, distance, cities, and scenery
* he is comparing her to a beautiful country that has been carved within his mind

مـن قساوة جنون الشوق ملجاى لينك
min gasawat jnoun elshoug maljay leenik
from the cruelty of the craziness of longing, you tenderness is my sanctuary
ومن هجير الظنون الجا لبحر المحاجر
o min 7jeer el’6unoon elja lba7r elma7ajer
and from the abandonment of thoughts, I turn to the seas of the eyes
* meaning that from the amount of missing/longing, tears shed from the eyes

يا منور سنينى كل عمرى سنينك
ya mnawer sneeni kil 3umri sneenik
oh you who has brightened up my life, my life consists of yours
يا غرام ايتجدد يالقديم المعاصر
ya ‘3aram eytejadad yalgdeem elmu3a9er
oh you who is a endless renewed love... oh you who is old and contemporary

كن كل الدروب تروح وترد لينك
kana kil eldroub trou7 witrid lainek
it is as if all the paths go, and come back on your lane
يااول الحب فى مهجة حبيبك والاخر
ya awal el7ub fi muhjat 7abeebik wil2aa5er
oh you who is the first and last love of your beloved one

كل ما غبت لحظه يعتذرلى حنينـك
kil ma ‘3ebt la7’6a ye3tetherli 7aneenik
every moment you are away, your yearning apologizes to me (for not being around)
*meaning that it apologizes because now it is her who is away not him
وانت منته بحاجة عذر غايب وحاضر
winta manta be7ajat 3thr ‘3ayeb o 7a’6er
but you don’t need an excuse in your absence or your presence

يشرق العيد نـوره مـن بشاشـة جبينك
yashreg el3eed nourah min bashashat jebeenik
the light of celebration (Eid) shines from you face
تبتهج به قلوب وتبتهج به خواطر
tibtihij bih gloub o tibtihij bih 5awa6er
and it fills hearts and souls with happiness

اشعر انى بقربك حر وانا سجينـك
ash3er eni bgurbek 7ur wana sajeenik
with you I feel free, but in reality im your prisoner
وكل ما بعدت عنى اشعر انى محاصـر
o kel ma b3adt 3ani ash3er eni mu7a9ar
and every time you are distant from me, I feel besieged
