SOLVED: Something similar to "Go West" by PSB

Hey,

I remember the song from 80. or 90.; it was disco or eurodance song with a chorus stylized as Russian military choir (but language of the track was probably English).

It was something similar to "Go West" by Pet Shop Boys. Unfortunately, I don't remember any part of the text. I remember only a melody, so I tried to hum that (in quite poorly way):

Unfortunately it's not that.

Probably in some way it samples "U.S.S.R" or it's some later version, remix, something like that. Any ideas?

PS. As I remember, there was electronically processed female voice.
