Help with a song please??

ok, unfortuantly I dont know who the band is that sings the song, or the song title. The only thing I am going by is what I remember from the video.. In the video theres this guy walking around, like down streets or whatever, and wherever he goes this strong wind is following him and it blows people around, and it does this through out the video.

can anyone think of what it is? Pleeasse help me out, im goin crazy here. lol

also this song is about 3-4 years old, and is rock- just thought id add that as well.
