Identifying this version of New Order's Blue Monday

Could you please help me identifying this slight edit of New Order's classic? It sounds very similar to the original, but you can hear that it's been slowed down and sounds like it is "floating" a bit (for instance, after "Told me who you are" or "tell me now how do I feel.") Also, there are some "claps" not present in the original.

Try the 1988 remix. If this sample came from an old tape, that might explain the slowed down areas as it could simply be tape drag.
