It's from a film called "Youth in Revolt"
I emailed the person who did the music for the film (John Swihart) and his assistant responded telling me he did not compose that piece, but proceeded to tell me the following.
"It is called Okay Mom / The Walk."
That, obliviously, hasn't really helped.
