SOLVED: looking for title of an obsure 80s r&b song - please help

'time flies' seems to be the main chorus I think
it also contains the following lyrics:
"bright lights city lights is this where you came in"
"long walks endless talks the changes must begin"
"make a move its time to prove what you're all about"
"win or lose you must choose your time is running out"

"its your life take a chance don't be a fool"
"give it up what have you got to lose"

However i wouldn't call it R&B Kazu Matsui Project - Time Flies
