Female vocalist, pop or soft rock?

I'm looking for a song by a female vocalist (maybe two?). I think it's a newer song - heard it at a tea shop in the USA. Unfortunately all I remember is that it is a slow song, pop or soft rock. The phrase "Ooh baby, ooh baby, ooh" is repeated often. "Baby" is lower than the first "Ooh" and the second "ooh" is lower than the first "ooh" but higher than "baby"... if that helps. The female vocalist has a bit of a lower voice.
