SOLVED: What is the song called and who is the artist?

Hi,
I have an old mix tape done in the early eighties with 24 tracks on that I am trying to recreate with better sound quality. Most of the tracks I have found but three of them I have so far drawn a blank and I have no idea of the song or artist. Hopefully someone on this forum might be able to help?

I've been told yhe song title might be 'Different View' but this still hasn't helped me identify the artist. Any ideas please.
