Hey everybody,
The song I'm looking for sounds almost exactly like Iggy Pop's Lust For Life. But the vocals are more in tune with the beginning riff/first chorus riff of Wax's Bridge To Your Heart (which popped up on Midomi when I tried to sing it). Also, for some reason it reminded me of General Republic's Tenderness. It had a similar beat and feel to it. Here are links for reference:

The only lyrics I could make out were, "Bop bop da da, bop bop da Da, bop bop ba da, da." Those were actual lyrics. The other lyrics might have been in a foreign language, but I heard it in a grocery store in the US that plays mostly 70s and 80s music. I think it's a New Wave 80s song. The vocalist kinda sounded like Joe Strummer (from The Clash), but I couldn't find anything from them that matched. Also, I think it played during the credits of a romcom movie.
I'm having some real trouble finding this one, so your help is appreciated.
Thank you!
