Please help! Song came out around 2009 in Holland House/pop song

I lived in Holland about 5 years ago, and around 2008/2009 there was a song that was the following:

Thai/Chinese girls dancing/lying at the front of a boat/yacht. It's a nice summer tune, maybe with saxophone sound in it.
There is a part that I remember which goes like this: Bep bop bop bop bop, bep bop bop bop bop, And so on...
The artists name was 2 names connected with an '&'. I remember that they sounded quiet similar.

It's the same kind of genre as this song: The sunclub - Te Te (Shake that heaven)
That song came out around the time as the song I am looking for.
