SOLVED: Need help identifying a particular song that is a very common & familiar one

It's a song with horns in it, it of American origin and I don't know if it's an instrumental or what but it's stuck in my head and I need someone help identifying it. To be honest this is a really sad one because I know this is a common song but for the life of me I can't remember the genre and all I remember is it sounding really triumphant.

Here is a little sample of me humming the melody of the horns and how they sound to me in my head. Keep in mind that I am not pitch perfect and the mic I used to record the sample sucks lol
