its got a nice beat to it but i dont understand any
i heard it on the radio when i visited greece and really liked it

I am curious as to why my translation is totally wrong, so it seems:
γιατί δεν παντρευόμαστε - I translated: why don't we marry

Is 'because we're not married' correct?

I know 'giati' means something of why or because, but here it produces two different things. Help, anyone?

Σε θέλω, με θέλεις was already translated;
it means "I want you, you want me".

'Σε' means you, θέλω comes from the verb 'to want' and is in the first person, almost always ending on omega (ω), 'με' means me, and θέλεις is the second person from the verb θέλω (almost always ending with 'εις'), meaning 'you want'.
What I find is that in Greek the word order is the other way around then in English (or Dutch for that matter). We say 'I want you'. Greek say, when you translate literally 'You I want'.

For Greek persons: Please correct me if I'm wrong!
I'm native Dutch, with only a big interest in other languages.

yes your right lol - it means Why don't we marry

i was providing alternative just in case I had wrong - sometime im not sure for english words XD lol
but i asked today my mother and she says why dont we marry in the context the song is in to put in english! xaxa :P

it means: I dont care about anything anymore

δε με νοιάζει - is I dont care
