Movie Trailer song

hello

i just heard this song online in a movie trailer for a movie called "kettle of fish." the movie was tiny and i think only released at the tribeca film festival, but the trailer is pretty easily found online. i know i've heard the song in at least one other trailer. i don't remember which one. as for the song...here's what i know:

there's a line that says, "you are the girl that makes me hide my face, you are the (party?) that makes me feel my age" while these are being sung the song is building toward a crescendo. it has sort of a repetitive driving drum and guitar feel like something by the killers, but it's not them. the lead singer sounds like the guy from blur.

i'm not sure if this is how this works or not, but if anyone could help me find the title, i'd appreciate it. i've been looking for about five hours now and i'm ready to chew off my bottom lip. thanks.
