Hi please help me,

this is not a new song but i like it, and hear it again after lot of years in radio, i dont know the song name and dont have sample
all i can tell is that the song is half german half english lyrics, slow song with violin, the english lyrics are something like, i wanna to fly or wanna to know or... into to the... then open up you eyes or open up your arms, something about tears..., only male sings. searched youtube found lot of sounds with this text but not my... please if somebody recognize it give me a song name or link... a
