I'm not really good at genres but I think it's a trance music.
it has kinda female voice goes "Oh oh woah", and of course there's an electronic melody that follows the notes of this voice.
also it has a bass guitar that comes along in the middle of the song, and has kinda solo at the end.

I'd guess it's a pretty new song, like 2014-13, because I heard it on a mainstream radio channel almost everyday in Warsaw.
