Stumped for months on an film/orchestral song

Shazam, Midomi, and Soundhound haven't help me so far, and I've attempted to contact the creator of the video with no luck.

Sounds possibly like a song X-ray dog or some other film composer would create but so far I've had no luck identifying it.

The most distinct part is at :44 to the end. That part has only one line the creator of the video added in. I can't tell for certain, but it seems to be all one song (or part of one song) continuously. Any help or ideas would be greatly, greatly appreciated after how long I've been looking for it
