Progressive House/chill-out track from 2009

I used to hear this song at a department store I worked in around late 2009. Shazam or Soundhound could never identify it for whatever reason.

At first I was convinced it must be a Samanatha James/Kaskade/deadmau5 track...however It apparently is associated with none of these artists, as my endless searches under these artists have not yielded this song yet.

Our store always played the music somewhat low in volume,so unfortunately I am couldn't make out most of the lyrics. However the "chorus" was a woman singing "I know what this is....I know what this means...I know that you're going to...."

The singer sounded just like Haley or Samantha James, and the backing music was dreamy, progressive, mid-tempo trance/ambient/ feel with a slight bossa/lounge twinge. The song wasn't very long - perhaps around 3 minutes. Probably sounds very "Ibiza 2009" to today's ears

Any fans of this genre, please help out if you can! It's been driving me crazy for a few years now
