SOLVED: Need help identifying this song (pop/country)

Hi,

I need help with this song. It seems to be a rather popular song so forgive me for not knowing it.

It is sung mostly by a female singer (sounds like Taylor Swift in her early days) but also probably features a male voice if I remember correctly.
The song is probably pop but it has a real country vibe to it.
The female parts of the song are sung rather fast with no breaks between some of the lines.
This is the only line I can remember. It is at the nicest (in my opinion) part of the song: "...ohhh this is how/what..." (it should be at the chorus)

I've heard this song a few times inside shops and bars so I presume it must be rather popular. Also, as far as I can remember all those times were in 2015 so it must be a pretty recent song (2014/15).

It is not that, but thanks for replying anyway. I found out that the song is "Take Heart" by The Sam Willows, a local band from my country.
