Default SOLVED: Pop song from 90s or early 2000s

There is a song that, to me, sounds exactly like the group M2M.....but it's not them.

The lead singer is female, and sings in that "breathy", bubble-gum pop way. This is a SLOW, sad, melancholy song.

The line from the chorus is "Every day.......Every night......I..........I.........."

Now.... the word "I" above, is sung for a long time....over several bars......really prolonged.

I first heard in in the early 2000s in a store so it could be from then.....or earlier. I have been looking for this song for over 10 years. I have done Google searches....no good.

I am hoping someone PERSONALLY REMEMBERS this song and can help.....again....just looking on Google won't help because I have done that 10,000 times.

In one of my many searches, I came across a thread in the Kohls forum on this website. Someone else was looking for the same song back in 2009. http://www.allthelyrics.com/forum/sh...73#post1043973
However, he had more of the lyrics to the song than you did. With the additional lyrics, I finally found the song.
