Its pretty old. I am guessing early 2000's late 90's as i used to hear it in the club around 1999/2000 been looking for it for ages.

Its not any of that commercial euro crap most people with think at first.

It has a real nice beat and they used to play it in nice techno clubs. Not classified as dance music in my opinion.

The woman had a real smooth voice that said oooh la la la...ooh la la la la la laaaa then the beat and a guy saying some words in a tunie cool way. It never went mainstream. And i hward it mostly in the KGB clun in barcelona spain.
