Help with catchy song!

I don't have much information about this song. I heard it in a cycling class. All I can tell you is that the lyrics are very repetitive and it sounds like almost a slow alternative kind of song; very solemn.

For each I without a space, that's how many beats it's dragged on for. For example II = 2 beats, I = 1 beat

II I-I, II I-I, I need you
IIIIIII, (gets higher) I IIII,
II I-I, II I-I, I need you

Then again, the I's could've been ah's but I'm not sure. At the end of the song, the instrumental kind of goes away for a bit and so it's just the I's. And I can't guarantee that the "I need you" lyric is 100% correct, but that's what it sounded like.
