SOLVED:Help me find this song

Everytime I hear this song, I try to find it. But everytime I do, I can't.

I have a clip lasting from 7:34 to 7:49 on this Youtube Poop collab, but this is literally all I can find. Searches of lyrics provide no results.

Searches I have done include 'All of the stars lyrics' (yields unrelated Ed Sheeran song), 'everyday a/the meteorite makes its way' (yields all sorts of meteor based results).

Any help is appreciated.
