1. I think this is from a game teaser trailer/intro (Uncharted or Red Dead Redemption - looked for it couldn't find it - might have been a fanbased vid), I can only say I've heard it in that context (which also lines up with the Playstation vid.) - though my thought first was that it was from a multiplatform game.

Going through Sony and the official support for playstation might be your quickest bet.

3. I think that is a version of another track, I think it's Rap (DMX type - as in Party Up , NOTE I'm not saying it's from him).
