can you guys identify this song???

There was a top song on TV a long time ago (2000-2010) - maybe I'm wrong about year... The song video is recorded on the some meadow and the song is duet. , woman and the man (both of them are having gray, short realy short hair, I even think he is bald) can't be sure.

About words I'm not really sure... Possible words in songs are:
