SOLVED: Need help identifying meloncholy 90s rock song......this will be a challenge.

Ok, so the song is from the 90s. It's a female singer. Her voice is very distinct, very meloncholy. I suppose she's singing about a man, how he's always gone. A different kind of love. I think the name of the song or the band has "star" . I remember looking up different song from the band and didnt find many famous ones so it could have been a one hit wonder. Her voice though. Amazing. She hits very high notes. The song and melody is daunting.

I dont think there were guitars, could have been more electronic. Im sorry i dont remember any words. As I remember more, ill post
