Help me find this song!

Hello, Newcomer here. I have used all of the music finding apps that I could and still havent gotten nothing. This song was used in a flipnote for the Nintendo Dsi and has been driving me crazy looking for it. I uploaded a video of me recording it on my Dsi. Any help would be appreciated.
