[SOLVED]Dance song containing the words: desert without rain

I listened to a song yesterday and it was stuck in my head for a long time and now I can't remember the lyrics clearly and find it.
All I can remember is that it was a male vocal I think singing something like "desert without rain" or "my heart feels like a desert without rain" or something like this and the song wasn't NEW at all.It was a nice dance melody, it was not something hardcore or slow, just a nice song to dance to. It was maybe from the early 2000s or from the 90s.
