A canadian singer...

Hi! Yesterday I heard a song at a party. I couldn't find anyone who could tell me what the name of the song was nor who sang it. I just found out that it was an canadian singer, or that it was recorded in Canada. It's a live-recording, very calm and has a nice "soft-guitar" sound all over it. I laid the words from the refrain on my mind, and it goes:

"Everytime I see you dance my wild irish rose
I wanna jump up on stage with you"

and then something like...:

"I wanna give you all my clothes
let the devil take my soul"
