MTV Dance Track circa 2007 - Video - Club in a Party Bus/Small bald guy eating crisps

ok, this one will be tricky.

Can't remember any lyrics, only the music video:

On MTV Dance in the UK circa 2007 (possibly 2006)

There's a party bus parked up with a bouncer.
Lots of clubbers, some/all in 70's get up
Short bald guy

At one point in the video the short guy is eating a bag of crisps and offers them to the bouncer

Can't remember if the bouncer lets him on the party bus, or if he sneaks on.
Seem to remember him offering some of the girls crisps but they look at him a bit disgusted.

End of the video, the bus flies off (I think?!?)

It was played a lot on MTV Dance in the UK at the time, so must have done ok, but could never find it.

Punt - I seem to remember 'clubbers delight' for some reason, but this could be a red herring!
