It is impossible to translate it literally, this is a requiem and it has many metaphors that meaningful for muslims only. Also I am not a poet, translation won't be beautiful as original.

Çalın Davulları Çaydan Aşağıya Amman Amman
Play the drums while going through the creek
Mezarımı Kazın (Bre Dostlar) Belden Aşağıya
Dig my grave deeper (oh my friends)
-Belden aşağıya literally means under the waist, expressing the depth of grave hole-
    Koyun Sularımı Kazan Dolunca (Amman)
Put my water when the cauldron has been filled.
    - It is reference for ritual of washing deceased body in Islam-
Aman Ölüm Zalim Ölüm Üç Gün Ara Ver
Oh death, cruel death, give a break for 3 days
Al Başımdan Bu Sevdayı Götür Yare Ver
Take this love and give it to my lover

    Selanik İçinde Selam Okunur (Amman)
    My funeral announced in Thessaloniki
-In Hanafi muslim tradition Salat al-Janazah (Funeral Prayer) announced by a man from tower of mosque, this practice named "Sela" in Turkish.-
Selamın Sedası (Bre Dostlar) Cana Dokunur
My "Sela" touches everyone's heart (my friends)
    Gelin Olanlara Kına Yakılır (Amman)
Henna should be applied to brides
-Ok, this is the story time. The song is a requiem for a young girl, sung by her husband-to-be. Around 1893-1894, Cholera days in Thessaloniki. She died just before her wedding. And there is a muslim tradition, brides put henna tattoos on their hands before the wedding ceremony.-
Aman Ölüm Zalim Ölüm Üç Gün Ara Ver
Oh death, cruel death, give a break for 3 days
Al Başımdan Bu Sevdayı Götür Yare Ver
Take this love and give it to my lover

    Selanik Selanik Viran Olasın (Amman)
    Thessaloniki, Thessaloniki be ruined
    - "Viran ol" literally means "be ruined". It is a curse.-
    Taşını Toprağacını Seller Alasın
(I hope) Flood takes your rocks and precious soil
    - There is a subtle reference here which I liked much, "toprak" means soil, when you add "cik" suffix to names in Turkish it gives reduction to that name. But that reduction not necessarily means belittled or it is belittled but precious for the owner. Like saying "oh my little boy". In this song "Topracığını" is a reduced word.-
Sen De Benim Gibi Yarsız Kalasın (Amman)
Be without your lover like I am

Aman Ölüm Zalim Ölüm Üç Gün Ara Ver
Oh death, cruel death, give a break for 3 days
Al Başımdan Bu Sevdayı Götür Yare Ver
Take this love and give it to my lover

    dear igor,

can you please translate this beautiful song for me - Ey güzel İstanbul, benim sevgili yarim

Ey güzel İstanbul, benim sevgili yarim
    Güzelliğin aksetmiş boğazın sularına
Benim her şeyim sensin seninle bahtiyarım
Ah o kızlar sarılmış sinene kollarına
Ah güzel İstanbul ey şirin İstanbul
Ah güzel İstanbul sen benim canımsın
    *
    Bir gönül macerası anlatıyor dalgalar
Mavi sular söylüyor kalbimin ninnisini (türküsünü)
    Ruhuma semalardan dökülen müjdeler var
    Duyuyorum gönlüme sevdasının indiğini
Ah güzel İstanbul ey şirin İstanbul
Ah güzel İstanbul sen benim canımsın.
