From an indie film entitled,"From Hollywood to Rose" (2016)

hello all,
this story is about a runaway bride trying to get home on the l.a. mta bus.
about the denizens of night time hollywood that ride it.
as she sits on the bus a pacific island-looking young man with a guitar enters and
sits in the back. after a bit he plays the guitar and starts to sing.

what is the name of the song ???

it continues through the rest of the film as background music and drives me crazy
because i can only remember two phrases about "hearing your name" and "knowing you're there"...

would someone please help me with this one ?
