Late 80s/early 90s techno type song

I’m hoping someone can help me. My dad passed away last week and I’m desperately trying to find a song he used to have on in the car when I was little. It must have been the late 80s/early 90s he played it although it could have been from earlier that it was originally released.

It sounded like a Euro techno style and had no words but a repetitive three or four notes through it. It’s drivinf me mad and obviously of great sentimental value at the moment. If anyone could help I’d be so grateful.
