I was looking for a german pop song from about 2005 and i've been told
its Korpertreibe by Kash . But i cant find any reference to that anywhere to see
if the lyrics match what i heard. Does such a song exist?

The song exists but the title should be spelled "Körpertriebe", you'll find it with that spelling
