help with find name/title of song

i heard a song at work, not all of the words though, and i've tried searching for the bit i heard, but i can't find it,

"it's more than you could ever know"

or something similar, and thats repeated several times.

i know its not mariah carey all i want for xmas is you, but i know it was a female singer, and it was a pop/easy kind of song.

help please!
