hip-hop song played in clubs

hello all, theres this one song i always hear in hip hop clubs.. i know ho wthe tune goes but that dont help you, the only lyrics in it i know is this one verse "burr ra rum pum, burr ra rum pum" sounds like someone singing with a voice similar to T.I.'s voice. Thanks.
