Need a song Name from some Lyrics

Can anyone help I am looking for the name of a song that is from the late 80's early 90's.


Part of the lyrics go as follows.....Tom brings his band bouzouki in his hand everything so grand and gay we can frolick all day as Louise starts to dance Johny gets a glance fro the other girls who sigh as they know all the while when he picks up his bride somewhere they'll hide etc... and that all I know. I have a feeling that the song name or singer has something to do with shoes
