I'm desperately looking for the name of the song that was played in Season 1, Episode "Love is not a maybe thing," when Heidi and Jordan break up. The song is played right after Jordan leaves the apartment after Heidi breaks up with him and Heidi cries with Lauren on the couch. The song begins to play as Heidi leave the couch to go to her room. The lyrics that I have managed to get are: ""the tears from my eyes;" "and you're still the only one," "you make me cry."

I absolutely love this song and it's driving me crazy not know who sings it.
