I've been trying to find this song for two years, using all the search engines and such..with no luck.

It played ONCE on Tilos Radio on 28.7.2005. I've never heard it play elsewhere. It has a strange electronic background beat and a female vocalist.

The lyrics I could make sense of went something like this (I recorded the song) :
