it is a 70's with lyrics ....painting walls sippig wine and sleeping on the floor or, alone until my 18th year four springs ago

70's song ,it had superman in the lyrics i think it was type of a rock song

tx but thats not it either,i wish i knew more . all i know it was afast song good to dance too.it was populer in strip clubs.as far as the beat it was on the same line as "***** control" you know one of those songs that gets everyone out on the dance floor.

The kinks - (wish i could fly like) Superman, was released in 1979, and is known as their only disco song. Give it a go, seriously. Think theres some crap Runescape video on youtube that has it on.

I am trying to find the artist for that same disco song myself. It is definately not the Kinks or Donavin. I heard it when I was 16, watching the 1978 or 1979 Mr. Lehigh Valley bodybuilding comtest in Pa. A pro bodybuilder named Boyer Coe, posed to this song, and it had female lyrics something like "he's a superman" with the "man" part echoing out. i am still searching.....Ok found it, artist:Celi Bee and Buzzy Bunch
