I heard a song the other day, a friend had. They said it was all about Oz, it was really good. Can anyone tell me who sings it or the title of it? please and thank you very much. ^-^

it was a male singer
the type was....i really dont know
i believe it was an older song
and i dont know any words, it was the mellow vocals that really caught my ears.

For some unknown reason it makes me think of Tom Traubert's blues [Waltzing Matilda] of which there are various versions, including one by Rod Stewart.

But we really need more info.

By "OZ" you do mean Australia don't you?

Perhaps "Tin Man" by America? Older song with a mellow male vocal.

How about 'Sounds of Then' by Gangajang? Great 80's Aussie song. They always play it on Australia Day!
