Need song title at least.

It's not really a song.
Rather just music.
But I've never been able to find it anywhere.
It's on the piano, and you can hear it in Stephen King's IT.
The mother and son are playing it on the piano.
It's a really popular song but it seems that no one knows the name of the song or the composer.
The very begining begins with just two notes repeated three times.
Not a very good description but it's the best I could do.
