Can anyone help me identify this song!!

Hey everybody!

I was on holiday in barcelona last week, and i heard this song on the radio many times, and also in few bars.. but i didnt catch the tittle of the song or the artists name or anything, I think its spanish ..anyways, I think this was the chorus line.. "ci sei solo tu y-ou" ..it was a female singer, and the genre would be something like pop/dance..
Also, this song was playing on the background of one TV commercial...I think it was some kind of a traveling commercial

I did find one band that has lyrics like that but it's not the same one since it's ska or punk music..and it has a male singer..but if you want to see those lyrics (just incase that those lyrics might be the same but different artist)
